Webster Hardness Tester W-BB75 Series

W-BB75 Series Webster hardness tester can be used to test the hardness value of copper alloy quickly at the production site. It is first choice to test the mechanical property of copper tubes which conform to the ASTM-B647 

It is used quickly to test the hardness of copper tubes, sheets and strips, and especially suitable for batch production site to perform quick and non-destructive testing.

W–BB75 series brass alloy Webster hardness testers have two models: W–BB75 Webster hardness tester is mainly used for the inspection of copper alloy tubes and strips. W–BB75b type is used for testing small copper alloy pipes of inner diameter greater than 6 mm.

 

Indenter: Adopt special steel material, high hardness, and good toughness. Long life, good interchangeability. Provide comprehensive protection for indenter.

►  Indicator Hand: High strength of pointer, not easy to deform after long time of use or wrong operation.
